Independent Online: Two more graduation ceremonies

New graduate Alicia Said held that university education was the transition period from the world of study to the world of employment, during which students are given the necessary tools to face and ultimately overcome the difficulties of life. Ms Said told her colleagues that once they were given the opportunity to receive university education they should give something back to society

Bachelor of Commerce graduate Andrew Cassar said everything in life had its negative aspect, and university was no exception. He criticised the tardiness of the publication of notices, the way lecturers treat university students as if they attended junior school and the logistical inadequacies of examination rooms. He called for students to be able to see a paper after it has been corrected.

Two more graduation ceremonies were held yesterday. The students who graduated are the following:
